State of the research

We are currently testing butchers. Thoroughly. The winners will be announced by email.

How to enter

  1. Get filet from the butcher you swear by. Or make it yourself.
  2. Write your name and your butcher's on the lid.
  3. Hand in your tub when you board. It goes straight into the fridge.
  4. After the first bite, the jury tastes. Blind.
  5. The winner hears the same night.

Small print: bring one tub of 250 grams at most. The fridge is not infinite.
